Thing is I wouldn't call myself a full stack developer. Not having a go at you, at all!! Would you really label yourself full stack?

In my mind you are helping my point here, you are not equally skilled in all areas but you are clearly still a very capable engineer. I wonder how many employers would throw your resume in the trash because you aren't strong at React......that would be a mistake right? This is happening because people are hiring with the wrong mindset.

This is how we've ended up with an industry that values solving tree traversal problems for jobs that don't even require anything like that
