Do you hire your engineers only if they know every tech used in your systems?

I'm saying there it's a mistake that equal depth in all aspects is achievable for most people. If you look for that it's going to be difficult to ever hire someone.

Instead hire someone who's curious and wants to learn, they'll fit much better in time and with less ego.
